My dog ate grapes 12 hours ago, no symptoms. When is he safe?

Hi my 50 pound dog ate 2 grapes about 12 hours ago and hasnt shown any symptoms. We were not able to induce vomiting. When can i be sure he’s out of the Woods? Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | neutered | 2 years and 7 months old | 50 lbs
