Is my Russian hamster's winter shedding normal? What should I do?

Hey! My hamster is sheadding in February. She is a winter Russian hamster named Aria. Is this normal? And if not what can I do

Poor Aria. Take her out, and towel her as dry as possible. Change her cage completely, putting fresh bedding in it. Put her cage near a window by the sun to encourage her to dry out, but make sure she doesn't get too hot.
