Why does my 4-month-old Labrador have pink bumps on her chin?

My 4 month old Labrador has these pink bumps on her chin? They don’t seem to bother her. What are they?

Lesions like that commonly represent infected follicles, ingrown hair or allergies. I recommend to have Daisy examined by the veterinarian who can give you a cream or medicated wipe for pets to help keep the area clean. Also using ceramic or metal bowls can help. Wash all her bowls and toys once a week. I hope this helps.
