Why does my 4-month-old Labrador have pink bumps on her chin?

My 4 month old Labrador has these pink bumps on her chin? They don’t seem to bother her. What are they? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 6 days old
