My 3-month puppy vomits water, won't eat or play. What's wrong?

My 3 month old puppy will not eat she drinks water but moments later throws it right up . She won't play doesn't want to walk we have only had her for a week and half . What can I do? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 24 days old | 18 lbs
