Hello. You may be dealing with a little skin staph infection as these are quite common in puppies, but if you could post a clear picture of the area, we may be able to help further. Bathing in an antibacterial shampoo made for pets is usually all that is needed. Do this twice a week leaving the shampoo on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
