My 7-week-old puppy won't sleep and cries in her crate. What to do?

my puppy luna 7 weeks she hardly sleeps at night she gets up 5 times at night we get her out when she crys becuase we think she has to use the restroom through out she does then she wants to get out , she wines in the crate during night time she has two weeks with us and she does the same thing by getting us up like five times. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 14 lbs

She is still so young! She has gone from living with mom and siblings 24/7 to being alone in a dark and scary place. You can try moving the crate to your bedside and even sleep on the floor so she knows she is not alone. Alternatively, you can let her "cry it out" and only go to her when it is time to go potty (at least once per night).
