My old cat won't eat wet food, drinks lots of water. What's wrong?

My cat won’t eat wer food he previously liked. Drinks a lot of water and grazes (not much) at the dry food

Those signs are very concerning, due to her age the first thing that comes to mind is kidney failure, i would recommend taking her to your vet ASAP in order to have a blood test done. kidney failure is not a curable disease but if caught early her life can be prolonged with the right treatment.
