Why are my house-trained German Shepherd puppies suddenly peeing inside?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 4 days old | 81 lbs

7 month old 80lb german shepherd puppy house trained spayed holds pee in crate 8 hours at night and 6 hours while i'm at work. Same age and weight brother not neutered yet due to only one testicle. Suddenly both peeing in the house right in front of us.

It could be behavioral but it could also be due to a urinary tract infection, i would recommend taking a urine sample from both in two separate clean plastic container, mark their names on each sample. your vet will run a urine analysis in order to rule out an infection and some other urinary conditions.
