My dog has a large lump near his back leg. What is it? Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | Bloodhound | Male | neutered | 2 years and 11 months old | 110 lbs

I just noticed a lump on my dog when petting him it’s big I would say the size of a mini orange the clementine fruit I posted a picture of the area my hand is over the area it’s just in front of the back leg on his left side of his body ...what is in this area ? Sis this part of his stomach? Stomach related? Maybe an obstruction or could it be a lymph node im getting worried

It's the inguinal area. If Jake had an obstruction, you would see vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, and a loss of appetite. This lump could be a cyst, a lipoma, or a growth. I'd have him seen by a vet for it.
