Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | 3 years and 10 months old
I have a cat who is almost 4 years old. She is quite a bit overweight, at around 15 pounds. I want her to lose weight and be healthy, but I'm unsure of how I can make that happen. How much should I be feeding her? And, how can I help her engage in exercise? Thank you.

I'd get help from your vet for Ziva. They can prescribe a weight loss food for her to help her lose weight. This bag of food will also tell you how much to feed her daily. I find cats like to chase things, and laser pointers are very popular in my house. That would be a great way to get her to run around, by chasing the dot made by the laser. You can get these cat toys at a pet store.
