Thank you for getting back to me can you tell me how long before he will die for I am disabled and live on $720.00 a month which $500.00 is rent and $150.00 is electric so I don't have any money to take him to a vet I wish I could. Thank you so much

you are welcome, unfortunately I have no way to know. If money is an issue please contact a dog charity in your area of living, they can help with costs of treatment in many cases. Many vets also have payment plans, and there is also a credit company that will land you money toward vet bills ( https://www.carecredit.com/vetmed/) .

Unfortunately I cannot contact you outside this site :-( My recommendation is to have your vet contact a vet at a vet school in the US for guidance and help with the surgery. Vets will consult with other vets for help with surgeries, and many vet are willing to provide this help. That way, your vet gets one on one help. Best of luck!
