My pitbull had a litter of puppies 4 weeks ago. She has had diarrhea most of the time since then. She no longer wants anything to do with the puppies and I noticed today that she is shivering a lot ( it is winter and cold so I dunno). Should I be concerned?

Yes, I would be concerned. Luna sounds sick if she's had diarrhea for most of these past four weeks, and is now shivering. It's natural she will have less to do with the puppies as they grow, but she still should be paying attention to them, and being sick may cause her to not want anything to do with them. I'd take her into a vet immediately.
