Hello. Bella needs to see a veterinarian to make sure this is not an open pyometra. An open pyometra is an infection in the uterus, but because the cervix is open, the discharge can flow out & a pet does not seem to be overly ill. But, if the cervix closes & the material builds up in her uterus, this can make her extremely sick & possibly endanger her life. Please have Bella evaluated to diagnose & start proper treatment, if necessary. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
