This is a medical emergency and Mussi has to see a vet now. You cannot treat this at home, she is in danger of developing a fatty liver from not eating anything for three days. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment. Please take her into a vet immediately.

You have to take Squeaky into a vet now. It's a medical emergency when a cat doesn't eat for three days, as they will develop a fatty liver. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment. This is not something that you can use a home remedy for, you must take her into a vet immediately.
