My dog barks at strangers and randomly. How can I calm her down?

Hello, i have a question please about a stray dog which we spayed and was pregnant but the ovarium was flipped i guess thats what its called so no chance the puppies will survive so after that the dog i guess 7 years sometimes barks for no reason and barks at random ppl not all, but shes very playful and fun and no threat but they wanna throw her coz some ppl are afraid how we can help what meds to give to relax her or hormones to give? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 60 lbs

It sounds like this dog has some behavior issues - she may be territorial when new people get too close to her space or fearful of specific people or situations in general. I doubt it would be related to her previous surgery but it's difficult to know. You could try a calming supplement like Zylkene or Composure or Adaptil spray if they are available in your area, but otherwise I'd recommend finding a trusted dog trainer or behaviorist.
