Puppy still vomiting, diarrhea, no appetite after vet. What to do?

My puppy has lost interest in food and water. She vomitted and having a diarrhea for past two days. I saw a vet and he gave some antibiotics and injections and a drip. Bt the condition hasn't changed yet. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Cocker Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 14 days old

I would take her back in to be seen by the veterinarian and have her tested for parvo virus to be on the safe side. She may also be dehydrated so she may need to be on fluids longer and medications longer. I hope this helps and that she gets better soon!
