She may have injured it, have an infection, a growth in it, or is suffering from an allergic reaction. She will have to see a vet for this. If she can breathe ok, isn't lethargic, and is otherwise acting normally, it can wait until the morning. If she is struggling to breathe, is lethargic, or acting differently, take her into an ER vet now. I hope this helps!
