My new kitten has a big belly and diarrhea. Could it be worms?

My kitten is only a couple months old. Her belly is huge. We got her two days ago like this. I’m worried it may be worms does it look too big or is it supposed to be this. She had a episode of diarrhea last night but it may be to the fact we changed her food. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

It is difficult to tell for sure but her belly definitely looks larger than normal. I would recommend a full vet check and fecal screen as there are many possible causes including worms, infections, bowel, kidney or heart diseases.
