Pet's info: Dog | Great Pyrenees | Female | unspayed | 2 years old | 75 lbs
My Pyrenees dog has this on the side of her trunk. The bald spot has multiple bumps that are hard. However she doesn't seem to be itchy or in pain. She's had this for about 3 months now. When we took her to the vet they said it might be an allergy. No tests were done. But I'm thinking it might be more serious. Please advice.

Ouch, that area does look very irritated/irregular. I would definitely bring Luna back into the vet to have a sample taken of the area to check for issues such as tumors/growths, infections, etc that may be causing it. If your vet still suspects an allergy, getting started on allergy medications or a food trial may be beneficial as well.
