My nursing dog's nipple is bleeding. Is it serious? What to do?

My dogs nipple is bleeding and she is nursing her new born puppies and I don’t know what to do do u know how I can stop it from bleeding or a way to make it better?

Poor Bella. Bleeding from a nipple can be a sign of mastitis, which is fatal without treatment. Do not let the puppies nurse from that nipple, and take her and the puppies into a vet right away to get this treated.

    Yes, I would be concerned that Bella's nipples are bleeding, as this is never normal. This could be an indication of an infection of her mammary glands, or this could be a sign of a false pregnancy. I would have her seen by a vet first thing in the morning.
