My pug collapsed, is vomiting & has diarrhea. What to do before vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 10 years and 9 months old | 27 lbs

My 11 yrs old pug had semi watery poop since yesterday. He poop 4 times total.I went to the vet he gave enrofloxacin and vit b complex injection at 3.30pm.He took meals since yesterday & pedialyte but after returning he started vomitting.He vomitted thrice.Right now while vomitting he collapsed.He became stiff and was lifeless almost.We rubbed his chest he became normal.There's no emergency vet here at 2.41am.Can I give him bethamethasone 1ml till I go to the vet in morn? I cannot recommend giving Snoopy that, I can't say it's safe without seeing him in person. Keep a very close eye on him, withhold food for now, give the pedialyte in small amounts, and get him into a vet as soon as they open.
