My dog had pyometra surgery. How to clean, comfort, and aid recovery?

My Yorkie is home after a medical Spey bc of pyometra could you please tell me how to keep her vulva and other areas clean and how can I help make her comfortable will it hurt her to have a bowel movement?

You can wipe off Toodie's vulva with a damp, soft cloth. Do not clean or touch her incision. That area cannot get wet and should not be touched. It won't hurt her to have a bowel movement. Keep her rested at all times, she needs to stay quiet in order to heal properly.
