Unspayed dog bleeding, vomiting, not eating, and won't move. What's wrong?

My dogo mix is female not fixed. She is 7 yrs old and never really had her period or kept herself really clean. I woke up and found her in a puddle of blood and urine. She will not eat or drink anything and has vomited slimy green and brown. She does not want to move. What could be wrong with her?

It could be a gastrointestinal problem, it could also be related to the fact that she isn't fixed (uterine infection), either way with symptoms like these you must take her to tghe vet urgently as she sounds critical.
