My dog threw up azithromycin. Should I give him his next dose?

My dog is 8 months old and 43 lbs. he was prescribed Azithromycin 250 mg. I gave him hia first dose 2 hours ago and he just threw up. Should I give him his dose tomorrow? Or should I try cutting in half? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 8 months and 7 days old | 58 lbs

Because he threw up two hours after you gave him the medication, the majority of the medication should have been absorbed. I'd give him his normal dose tomorrow, but if he vomits again after that, give his vet a call. I hope this helps.
