My cat is on antibiotics. Can I change the dosing time for work?

Hi my cat has a respiratory infection, and is on antibiotics. I started his first dose at 6p last night. Then I gave him a dose 6a the next day but I don’t think all of the antibiotic made it in his mouth because I looked at the tube later on and saw it pretty much filled. Is there a chance I can change the time of giving him the antibiotic cause of work it’s better if I could give it to him around 11p. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 10.5 lbs
