Why does my dog have black dots on her skin and nipples? What is it?

Bar has black dots like dirt on her back, it comes out of her skin and it gets worse. The vet said to take a toilet paper and smash it to see if it’s red, then we will know if it’s flees stool. But it was not red. It comes out also from her nipple. What is that? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 12 lbs

Those could be blocked pores or pigment from irritation. I recommend to ask your vet about a medicated shampoo and start Bar on an omega 3 fatty acid supplement for dogs to help improve the skin. It will take about 4 weeks to see any results. I hope this helps.
