My senior dog has new lumps, ear wax, and dry skin. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 9 years and 11 months old | 80 lbs

Dog has mole on back for years recently got bigger. Now 6+ more small lumps randomly all over. 1 ear has slimy gray wax. He is 10. No prior health issues. Skin very dry and flakey.

These lumps could be benign tumors, but in a dog Bo's age, there's always a chance any lump could be malignant. It sounds like he could have an ear infection and may have dandruff causing the dry and flakey skin. I'd have him seen by a vet today for these problems.
