Is it essential to eat meat to Dog ? If Dog is having oats and eggs in her diet, then are the nutritional values almost same as chicken and mutton ? If not then are soya nuggets the best alternative as well ?

A balanced vegetarian diet can be created for a dog but it is very difficult - if you want to feed a vegetarian diet I would strongly recommend using a reputable commercial diet like Royal Canin Vegetarian.
