My dog has itchy bumps on front legs, losing hair. Should I see a vet?

What are these weird bumps on her front arms? Should I take her to a vet? At first they had hair on them and today she itched all the hair off. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 8 days old | 30 lbs

These look unusual - I think these could potentially be hot spots or areas of superficial skin infection. Some fungal infections can also look similar. I would recommend making an appointment to see your vet in person. While you're waiting for your appointment it might be a good idea to put an e-collar on her to prevent her from licking and scratching.
