How can I get my dog to not chase and bark at other dogs on walks? Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Malinois | Female | spayed | 45 lbs

To prevent chasing, I would recommend using a pinch collar or gentle leader collar. As for the barking, I would recommend using a spray bottle or shake a can with coins in them every time he barks while saying "quiet!" or some other word to associate with the consequence of being sprayed or having a loud noise shaken at him. If there is no improvement with this behavior, then a trainer may be needed. I hope this helps!
