Cat vomiting clear liquid and crying after eating spoiled food?

My cat has thrown up 3 times in the last few hours. She starts crying for a while each time before she throws up. She will drink but not eat and is throwing up clear liquid. My husband told me she ate some week old soup he left out on he work space. That's the only weird thing I can think that she has been into. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 17 days old | 7 lbs
