My dog has weight loss, vomiting, and weak back legs. What's wrong?

My dog has lost a lot of weight, not able to walk properly on back legs and is vomiting a lot of foamy vomit with no food, German shepherd and doberman mix, 4 years old, sick since 45 days. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered

Based on the information you have provided, I would recommend having Mighty examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
