Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 2 years old | 50 lbs
Hello! I was petting my husky today when I felt something hard in his fur. My fiancé attempted to spread his fur and it looked like maybe something was in his fur or something sticky got on it. As we kept moving the fur to see I think it may have been a scab. Now it is a circular bloody wound. We cut the clumped up hair around it off, but am worried about what it may be. He was playing rough with another dog last weekend who would bite at his neck. But also worried it could be ring worm....

That looks more like an injury to me. I would gently clean Phoenix's wound with warm water and antiseptic soap. To keep him from licking at it, you can put an Ecollar on him. You can get one at a pet store or make one at home. Keep the wound clean and dry, and monitor it for signs of infection. If you see redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, then it is infected and he will need to see the vet for antibiotics to treat it.
