My 7-year-old cat is vomiting brown liquid with grass. Should I worry?

my 7 year old female spayed cat has been sick twice its brown liquid which contains a bit of grass she is still eating and drinking but is miserable is this anything to worry about? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 7 years and 10 months old

I would recommend having a veterinarian take a look at Sha so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
