Kitten has a face wound and hair loss. How can I treat it at home?

Hey! There’s a wound on my kittens face, I don’t know what it’s from, it doesn’t seem like it hurts him, but on the wound’s area hair falls sorry for my English! But please can you help for some reasons I can’t take him to a vet right now.

Hello. It looks like Jacky has what we call feline chin acne, an allergic condition. Clean the area gently with an antiseptic skin cleanser like Hibiclens ( avail. at all pharmacies ), & then apply a small dab of over the counter hydrocortisone cream. This should heal things up in a few days, but if it re-occurs, you may need to find the underlying cause & your veterinarian can certainly help you with this.
