Kitten has a face wound and hair loss. How can I treat it at home?

Hey! There’s a wound on my kittens face, I don’t know what it’s from, it doesn’t seem like it hurts him, but on the wound’s area hair falls sorry for my English! But please can you help for some reasons I can’t take him to a vet right now. Pet's info: Cat | Asian | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 19 days old

Hello. It looks like Jacky has what we call feline chin acne, an allergic condition. Clean the area gently with an antiseptic skin cleanser like Hibiclens ( avail. at all pharmacies ), & then apply a small dab of over the counter hydrocortisone cream. This should heal things up in a few days, but if it re-occurs, you may need to find the underlying cause & your veterinarian can certainly help you with this.
