My dog is throwing up, lethargic, shaking. Is it an emergency?

My dog has been throwing up the food she last ate... isn’t interested in eating at all including food she’s known to enjoy....has been sluggish...lethargic and not as responsive as her usual self....Jade isn’t drinking much water either...I’ve noticed her visibly shaking lately too... what’s going on? Jade sounds very sick, and it could be she has something serious like a pyometra. A pyometra is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. She needs to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
