Why does my puppy have pus spots, swollen paws, and bloody poop?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 7 months and 20 days old | 10 lbs

My puppy isn't quite a year old yet. He's a mix breed containing German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Docson and Beagle. He has these small dark pusy spots on his body. It started on his feet and ears, now showing on his face and neck. His feet are swollen. His poop has had blood in it. What's going on with him?

It sounds like there are a few things going on with Balefire. The pus means infection, his paws could be swollen from allergies or infection, and poop in the blood could be due to a GI illness, sudden change in diet, or intestinal worms to name a few. You need to take him into a vet in the morning to get this treated.
