Why is my dog's bladder infection worse on antibiotics? More blood.

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 7 years and 10 months old | 24 lbs

Yoshi a seven year old pug has a bladder infection. We took her to the vet and they gave her antibiotics,but she’s peeing more often since we started the pills also it’s had more blood is it getting worse?

It sounds like it could be getting worse. This could be due to an antibiotic resistance, bladder stones or bladder cancer. I recommend to have her examined again and have further diagnostics run. I hope it's nothing too serious and that she starts improving quickly.
