My puppy chewed and swallowed rubber from a flip-flop. Is she okay?

My 12 week, 3 pound cavapoo chewed my rubber flip flop from old navy. I am not sure if or how much she ate. Looks like small parts were broken off from the shoe. Grabbed some rubber she was chewing on. Will she be ok. Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 3 lbs

Hello. Kinzie should be fine. Hopefully any pieces that might have been swallowed were small enough to pass through her intestines. But do watch her over the next few days for any signs of abdominal discomfort such as vomiting, loss of appetite, bloating, whining or retching. Unfortunately, this will probably not be the last thing she will chew on. Just try to put everything up & out of her way of this very curious puppy.
