Hello! My cat Angel is trying to urinate without success. He also has what seems to be a spot full of puff on the entrance of his penis. His testicles look a bit swollen too. What could it be?

This is very concerning - I’d recommend having Angel examined by an emergency vet as soon as possible. This can be a sign of a urethral obstruction or urinary blockage which can be a life threatening emergency. It’s also possible that Angel has lower urinary tract inflammation or infection without a blockage, but since a blockage can be so serious it’s best to have a physical exam with a vet to rule it out.

I'm sorry but there is nothing you can do for this at home. You need to get him back to the vet (another vet if you are not happy with the one you already took him to). If he can't urinate he needs to be catheterized. Not being able to urinate is deadly and he will die. I'm sorry this happened but you don't have any other options but to get him to the vet.
