Why is my Yorkie puppy vomiting, has diarrhea, and medicine isn't helping?

Hi, I have a 10 month old male Yorkshire terrier. He has been vomiting and now has developed diarrhea, medicine has not helped and I'm not sure what the cause could be. When food is removed he is fine but once food is given he cannot keep it down. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 22 days old | 5 lbs
