My new kitten has worms. What to do at home with vet waitlist?

I just adopted a tortoiseshell kitten, 10 weeks old, she has worms in her poop (most likely roundworm), is there anything I can do at home to help her? My vet has a LONG waiting list to get her in. Please, anything helps! I have other animals and don’t want her to spread anything to them even though my dogs are dewormed every single month. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 26 days old | 1.5 lbs

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Moon. Congrats on the new kitten, but I'm sorry she has worms! Panacur kills roundworms (which is likely what she has), whipworms, and hookworms. You can get that over the counter. Deworm her now, and then again in two weeks to kill all the worms. After that, she should be dewormed monthly until she is six months old, and then she should be dewormed every three months. I hope this helps!
