My puppy gets bloated after eating. Is this normal and how to help?

My 11 week old frenchton gets bloated after eating her puppy food. What should I give her?

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. This is actually a pretty normal phenomena for small puppies. Just make sure you are not overfeeding her and that she is not eating too fast. It is best to take the daily ration and split it into 3-4 feedings per day. If she eats too fast there are special bowls you can get that will help slow her down. The only thing I would make sure to give her is a dewormer which she should have every 2-3 weeks until she is 4 months old. I suggest you speak to your vet about that as it may help with the bloated look but honestly, this is very normal after eating as long as she is acting well. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
