My dog vomited for 24 hours, possibly from raccoon poop. Should I go to the vet?

My dog has been vomiting on and off for about 24 hours, had a stool and a little bit of water and has peed. I am worried she may have consumed raccoon poop. It does seem to be slowing down a resolving a bit. But should I take her to the vet for any thing more severe? Pet's info: Dog | German Shorthaired Pointer | Female | spayed | 4 years and 8 months old | 50 lbs
