My puppy isn't eating, drinking, peeing, and scratching. What's wrong?

My 7 month old puppy really doesn’t eat and only drinks alot of water And pees alot and she’s always scratching her self alot and and she already had the flea treatment. Don’t know what to do.

It's very concerning that Stela doesn't really eat, and that makes me concerned that she could have a stomach illness causing her to be nauseous, or it could be she has a foreign body. Drinking a lot of water isn't normal either, and that would lead her to pee a lot as a consequence. She could be scratching herself due to allergies or mites, but if it's been a while since she has had a flea treatment (it needs to be given monthly if it's a spot on treatment), it could be fleas. These are things that really need to be checked out by a vet, and I would recommend taking her into a vet asap. I hope this helps.
