My dog is sad, not eating, and tail tucked. Is she sick or injured?

My dog started acting weird today, she looks sad and she’s definitely not eating which is very strange of her. She loves food, I also noticed that she has her tail sightly Is between her legs and she usually doesn’t do that! What should I do? lucky is not barking at all either! This can be a sign that Lucky is sick or injured. Try offering her some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice. If she refuses to eat this or is still looking sad in the morning, have her seen by a vet.
