My 10-year-old chihuahua has bumps on her belly. Should I worry?

My chihuahua is having this "bumps" in her uterus area she is now 10 years old no pain or discomfort no discharge either any suggestions?

Hello. This needs a hands-on examination with your veterinarian. It looks very much like a mass involving the last mammary gland on that side. It may be benign , cystic, or cancerous. Female dogs that are unspayed have a high prevalence of mammary/breast tumors. Your veterinarian can discuss possible surgery to remove this, histopathology to determine if it is cancerous. Your pet may also need chest X-rays and bloodwork prior to proceeding with any surgery. These masses can grow rapidly and cause problems even if they are not cancerous.
