I just adopted him yesterday and I noticed he has a bump on his eyeball in the photo the red ball sticks out from his eye. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 30 lbs

This is very concerning, it could be an ulcer trying to rupture or a foreign body (something that shouldn’t be there. I would consider this a medical emergency and take him to an emergency vet clinic now for evaluation and treatment.
