That's extremely serious and this is a medical emergency. Kitty Mow could have a severe stomach illness, foreign body, or pyometra (I see she isn't spayed) causing her symptoms. Leaving this untreated can lead to her death and you cannot delay getting her veterinary treatment nor is there anything you can do at home. You must get her into a vet immediately.
