Dog threw up after eating, but seems okay. When should I worry?

My dog just threw this up after eating about an hour ago, maybe less than an hour. Do I need to be concerned? Seems to be acting normal otherwise. Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Male | neutered | 5 years old | 65 lbs

Hello, Thanks for the photo. It appears Max has vomited up some liquid and bile. Sometimes a vomit like this will be a once off, but it could be the early signs of a more serious problem. I'd recommend monitoring him for the next 24 hours for continued vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or disinterest in food. Those would be signs that he needs to be seen by his veterinarian for a physical exam. They may recommend fluid therapy if he is dehydrated. I hope this is helpful.
